Oregon – Sanjeev Jain, MD, PhD

Sanjeev Jain, MD, PhD, is a 1990 graduate of The University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health in Madison, Wisconsin. His postgraduate training includes his residency focusing on internal medicine at the University of Texas Health Sciences Center in San Antonio, Texas, as well as his fellowship in allergy and clinical immunology at Yale University School of Medicine/Yale-New Haven Hospital in New Haven, Connecticut (1998-2001). Dr. Jain completed his undergraduate education at Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri and received his PhD in Biochemistry at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He attained board certification in internal medicine with the American Board of Internal Medicine and in allergy and immunology with the American Board of Allergy and Immunology. Licensed to practice in Washington, California, and Oregon, Dr. Jain has been honored with several honors throughout the years, including the Person Fellowship for Outstanding Graduate Student Research in Biochemistry (1987-1988), NIH-Sponsored MD/PhD Program Fellowship (1988-1990), Elsa U. Pardee Foundation Research Grant (1992-1993), the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology Fellowship/Schering-Key (1998-1999), Glaxo Wellcome Fellowship in Allergy and Immunology (1999-2000), the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology President’s Award (Avantis/Hoechst, 2000-2001), the Education Research Trust Faculty Development Award of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology (2003-2006), and inclusion into the Guide to America’s Top Physicians by the Consumers Research Council of America (2004-2005). Dr. Jain is a member of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology, the American Medical Association, and the American College of Physicians.
